2 lbs Ground Beef
2 Cups Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Water
2 Teaspoons Salt
2 Teaspoons Pepper (freshly ground black pepper is best)
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 1/2 Teaspoons Corriander
Directions for Sliced Sausage
Mix thoroughly and press into a meatloaf pan lined with wax paper.
Freeze for 3 hours before slicing into approx. 1/2 thick sausages.
Fry and enjoy!!!
