Baked Salmon with Dill

Ingredients for Baked Salmon with Dill

– 4 salmon steaks
– 1 oz Butter
– Zest and juice of half a lemon
– 4 sprigs of dill
– Salt and pepper

Directions for Baked Salmon with Dill

Place the butter, dill and lemon zest between the steaks. Season and pour the lemon juice over the salmon. Wrap in tinfoil and bake for 25 mins at 400 degrees F (200º C). Serve with Hollandaise sauce, new potatoes and snow peas.
