4 sweet potatoes or yams
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
pinch ground black pepper
malt vinegar (optional)
PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F.
SLICE potatoes ¼” thick, brush with oil.
PLACE in baking pan, bake 25-35 minutes, until golden.
SPRINKLE with malt vinegar, salt & pepper.
