Three Bean Salsa

1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
1/2 cup water
1 large tomato, chopped
1 cup drained canned cannellini or red kidney beans
1 cup drained black or pinto beans
1 cup drained canned chick peas or garbanzo beans
2 teaspoons white or white wine vinegar (optional)

In 12 inch skillet, blend savory herb with garlic soup mix with water. Bring to a boil over high heat; stir in tomato. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 minutes. Stir in beans and simmer 3 minutes or until heated through. Stir in vinegar. Garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley or cilantro.

Makes about 4 cups bean salsa

Menu Suggestion: Serve as a side dish or topping with grilled poultry, beef, lamb or pork.
