Hottest Salsa Ever


l lb. firm Habaneros ground


2 tablespoons minced Garlic

2 tablespoons water

l onion finely chopped

3 Red peppers chopped

5 firm tomatoes chopped

Cilantro or Parsley chopped

salt and pepper to taste


Sauté Garlic, add Habaneros and water.
Cook on a low flame for about 10 min. Keep stirring.
Let cool. Add rest of ingredients.
Serve cold with chips or toasted It. bread slices
