Creamy Guacamole

2 Avacodas, cut up and mashed
1 medium onion, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 or 2 green chili peppers, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coarsley ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon lemon or lime juice (keeps the guacamole from turning brown)
1/4 cup sour cream
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
Cilantro for garnish

Whip avocados,sour cream onion peppers, lemon or lime juice, salt and pepper until creamy. Stir in tomato and garnish with cilantro. Refrigerate 1 hour. makes about 2 cups.
