Basic Guacamole


  • 2 medium avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green chiles
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tomato




Cut avacado into small chunks and blend until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Chill for at least one hour for best results.
