Shakshooka 2


Ingredients for Shakshooka:

  • 3 tomato
  • 4 jalapeno
  • 4 garlic
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • ½ spoon salt
  • oil
  • 1 potato
  • filfil ahmar

Directions for Shakshooka:

Put the oil in a frying pan till it sizzles, add garlic, tomato, jalapeno and heat for a while. Add the tomato paste, filfil ahmar, pieces of potato and ½ cup water. Heat till the potato is finish.
