2 pieces of large white fish
3 slices of crushed bread
1/2 selantro
1 spoon of Kammoon Hoot
1 onion
1 spoon chilli Pepper
Garlic (chopped)
1 spoon baking powder
2 eggs


Directions for Kufta Hoot:

Slice the fish into a small pieces and mix with all the ingredients. Make a dough than cover up with flour and eggs. Cook under deep frying.
