Eijjat Kausa Recipe

Ingredients for Eijjat Kausa:

  • 2 zucchini
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 onion
  • cilantro
  • 1 spoon salt
  • 1 spoon chilli pepper
  • 1 spoon baking powder
  • oil

Directions for Eijjat Kausa:

Cut the zucchini, cilantro and onion and mix them. Add the flour, salt, baking powder, chilli and 3 spoon of water. Mix with eggs till the mixture is moderate. Fry them until it turn into gold colour.
