Raw Cabbage Salad With Walnuts


1 small head white cabbage (1/2 kg)
100 gram walnuts
1 medium pomegranate seeds
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
2 onions, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon fenugreek
Red hot pepper



Chop the cabbage finely and add the ground walnuts and the pomegranate seeds. Also add finely chopped cilantro, parsley and onions together with the crushed garlic, fenugreek, pepper and salt to taste. Let the salad stand for 2 hours before serving. SHARE With Your Friends:
