1 16oz can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons of cold water
2 garlic cloves, peeled
Put first five ingredients in blender; process until smooth. Add salt to taste. Spinkle with cayenne and serve. Makes 1.5 cups; 33 calories/tablespoon.
