BBQ Pork


3 pounds boneless lean pork cut in 2″ by 6″ strips
1/4 cup hoisin sauce or plum sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons white wine
2 tablespoons catsup
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1 tablespoon sesame paste
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon 5 spice powder
4 drops red food coloring



Combine all ingredients, mix well, cover and chill for 4-24 hours. Remove pork to a rack in a roasting pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn over and baste with remainder of marinade. Bake another 20 minutes or until pork is done. SHARE With Your Friends:
