Chicken Liver Curry

Chicken Liver Curry:

Required Ingredients for Chicken Liver Curry:

Chicken Liver — 1.5 pounds

Oil — 1/4 cup

Turmeric — 1/4 tsp.

Red Chili Powder — 1/2 tsp.

Salt to Taste

Set 1

Onion — 1 large, crushed

Garlic Paste — 1 tsp.

Ginger Paste — 1 tsp.

Set 2

Cloves — 3

Coriander Seeds — 1 tsp.

Cumin Seeds — 1/2 tsp.

Cardamom — 1

Poppy Seeds — 1 tbsp.

Saffron — a pinch

Directions for Chicken Liver Curry:

Powder set 2 and keep aside.

Heat oil in a skillet and when oil is hot add set 1, turmeric, red chili powder and salt and fry on medium heat for three minutes.

Now add liver and powdered set 2 and fry for five minutes.

Next add 3/4 cup of water, cover and let cook for twenty minutes or until the sauce thickens.

Goes well with paratha, chapathi and plain white rice.

Always serve hot.
