1/2 pound radishes (about 20)
12 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
Salt to taste
1/4 cup of a mix containing 2/3 orange juice
and 1/3 lemon juice (or use Seville bitter orange juice if available)
Trim and thinly slice the radishes. Combine sliced radishes with remaining ingredients in a bowl and serve as a salad.
