Materials That You Need to Make Tropical Cake
- 1 25 cm diameter ready made cake
- 2 cups thinly sliced coconut
- 500 ml peach syrup
- 500 ml raspberry sorbet
- 500 ml pineapple sorbet
- 2 cups cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest(optional)
Preparations of Tropical Cake
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Spread the coconut slices on the baking paper and bake it for 13-15 minutes with stirring occasionally until it gets light brown color. After cooking take them to another bowl and leave cooling.
Take the sorbet to the room temprerature. Divide the ready made cake horizontally into 4 layers.
Take first part of cake and placed on the service plate. Spread the the peach sorbet with spatula. Place the second cake on it and spread raspberry sorbet on it. Place the third cake and spread pineapple sorbet this time. Then place the last cake.
Whip cream with the mixer at high speed and gradually add sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest. Use this cream to cover all the surfaces of cake. Press gently. Then pour coconuts that you have prepared on the cake. Freeze it for 1 hour. Your birthday cake is ready to serve! We wish you a nice birthday and fun party!
