Materials That You Need to Make Raspberry and Cream Cake
- 40g unsalted butter, softened.
- 4 large eggs
- 125 g of granulated sugar
- 125 gr flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 finely grated lemon peel
- 75 g raspberries to decorate
- 450 ml of cream or whipped cream
- 325 g raspberry
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar(to sprinkle for decoration)
Preparation of Raspberry and Cream Cake
Melt the butter and take a side. Pre-heat your oven to 180 ° C.
Grease the bottom of your cake mold.

Whip the cream in a large bowl until firm. Crush gently the raspberries with powdered sugar and add into cream.
Take the first cake on serving plate and pour the half of cream over it and then place second cake. Pour the remaining cream over and place last cake. Decorate it with raspberries and powdered sugar as you want.
