— onion – 30 gr.

Directions for soyutma:
Cook mutton cut into 0.1 – 0.5kg. pieces in water, remove from broth and leave to cool.
When serving the soyutma, cut cold mutton into 2-3 mm slices, pot on a plate, garnish with tomato cut into round slices and onion cut into straws, pour sour cream over.
