Ingredients for Fesenjan:

— Red beans– 100 gr.
— onion – 30 gr.
— melted butter – 20 gr.
— kernel of a nut – 30 gr.
— vinegar – 20 gr.

— coriander – 20 gr.
— pepper
— salt

Fesenjan Recipe

Directions:

For lobya fesenjan boil the beans, mince them together with browned onion and kernel of a nut.

Add pepper, salt, vinegar or pomegranate juice and mix. Sprinkle with herbs and garnish with onion cut into coils, when serving the lobya fesenjan.
