Azeri Style Potato Kebab
— Potato – 350gr.
— fat of a sheep’s tail – 60gr.
— spring onion – 40gr.
— parsley – 10gr.
Azerbaijani Style Potato Kebab Recipe
Peel off potato, cut big ones into 40-50 gram pieces and scald (15 – 20 seconds). Cut fat of a sheep’s tail, spit together with potato by turn and roast over charcoal in a brazier. Sprinkle kebab with herb.
